| July, 2008 What can I say? I have just experienced my very first Watchet carnival and what a fantastic day. The dedication of the organisers and the people involved shone through. The town was completely transformed for the day and I can understand now why everyone looks forward to the event every year. Well done to you all, and I am already looking forward to next years! Can't wait to see the Carnival. My friend has been staying in Helwell Bay for over 50 years with friends & family & I've heard so much about it.
